​​Alex Consani, a comedian, TikTok personality, and model made history as the first transgender Model of the Year in 2024. She started her modeling career in 2015 and at 12 years old, became the youngest openly transgender model to sign to a major modeling agency. After walking for Versace while still in college, she quickly gained popularity and began walking other high-fashion runways like Alexander McQueen and Tom Ford. Now 21, she is one of the most famous models in the industry due to her influence and social media presence. 

 

Consani became popular on TikTok for her comedic skits and personality during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a podcast interview, she mentioned that many agencies and older models discouraged her from posting her social media content.
