Inspired by GAP’s Back to 74 dance campaign with Tyla, we had an idea to incorporate two forms of art: movement and fashion. Tate & I worked directly with Holly to coordinate all aspects of production. Day of the shoot, we got to visit the place where all of the Awkward Fish magic & more happens… her studio! The set design was purely dressed with Holly’s work, that we transported from her studio to the empty room. Thanks to Holly, the dancers, Reel Talk, and the styling team, we turned the blank slate room into a world of vibrant colors and funky movement!
